Patrick’s Story
At over 300 pounds, I was stuck in unhealthy habits and scared for my future. The carnivore diet changed everything. I started with simple meals—steak, eggs, beef—and eventually shifted to OMAD. In 14 months, I lost 140 pounds and gained energy, confidence, and a new outlook on life. This way of eating gave me my life back—and now I want to help others do the same.
